Drug Felony Possession Charge Reduced to Class C Misdemeanor

Presentations to the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, including supervisors, resulted in the Client’s felony charge being reduced to a Class C Misdemeanor charge to dispose of the case.  A Class C misdemeanor is in the same class of offense as a speeding ticket or citation for a moving violation in a vehicle, which are filed in municipal courts.
